I provide you with practices and home “play” exercises based on our call to support you during the week between sessions, so that you are anchoring in the transformation for your mind, body and soul. This is not just “talk coaching” it has a strong embodiment component, that helps accelerate your healing on deeper levels.
Sometimes session calls are breathwork or meditation sessions as needed depending on what kind of support you feel is best for that week. I am also available to you on the whats’app and email at designated times, between sessions, in case you need additional support or are moving thru a high stress time. The homeplay and practices are assigned with your time availability in mind and not meant to be an additional thing you “have” to do, but a welcome resource, that helps you feel better and integrate deeper all that we are moving thru in the live calls

What it is about:
Tantric Life Coaching for men offers you a safe space to address challenges in your life related so sex, love or relationships. Combining embodiment coaching, sex coaching, tantra coaching and breathwork coaching, we meet in containers of 3 and 6 months, meeting once a week for 60-90minutes by zoom.
1. COACHING
All coaching is a collaboration, meaning you and I work together to create an action/homeplay plan that fits YOUR lifestyle and is sensitive to work and family demands. I do believe each of us has a wisse healer within and my job is to support you in listening to your own higher wisdom and reflecting back toy ou when I see you are caught up in fear or self-sabotage or your patterns.
I also see my role as being a mentor and guide, that offers you my wisdom and experience with what works and supports you the most. Some weeks you may need a lighter homeplay schedule, some weeks, you are hungry for more progress, so I am always catering the pace and the practice schedule to your rhythms. I have seen when we follow this organic rhythm, without falling prey to laziness or resistance, we get the best results and deepest transformation.
